As Duty Manager, you will take charge of daily operations, lead and motivate staff across all departments, and ensure our members and guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and vibrant atmosphere. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating and promoting in-house events, gaming and entertainment promotions, and community initiatives that keep our members engaged and excited.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily club operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members to deliver high quality customer service.
• Use your natural personality and public speaking skills to conduct exciting promotions to boost engagement.
• Manage cash handling, security, and venue presentation standards.
• Attention to detail in rostering, timesheet approval and correction.
• Collaborate with senior management on continuous improvement and business growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or club management.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• A flair for promotions, marketing, and member engagement.
• RSA and ARCG (or ability to obtain).
• Full 7-day availability including nights and weekends.
