About the Opportunity

We have a exciting and diverse opportunities for Senior Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants and Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants to join our growing team on a Full-Time basis. You will assist individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being. You’ll be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, Compulsory Third Party (CTP), and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.

The role will suit someone who can engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for like-minded professionals who share our passion for helping others feel their best again. Your excellent communication skills, integrity, and positive attitude make you a valued team member. You enjoy working with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for injured people, and you also have:

  • Alignment with our values
  • A university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • AHPRA/ESSA accreditation
  • A passion for helping people
  • Full driver’s license and access to own car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work hard while enjoying a good laugh
