About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic CTP Injury Management Specialist with a passion for driving the future of CTP programs with Beneco. This is your opportunity to take ownership of the Injury
Management and CTP space and build long-term relations with clients and insurers.
Reporting to the National Customer Relations Leader, this role will:
- Driving initiatives and new products within the Injury Management and CTP space
- Be the go-to person for all things CTP, driving the development of new initiatives, products and resources.
- Be our subject matter expert! Co-create and refine education resources and training programs designed to build capability and understanding of the Injury Management & CTP space across the business
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with all key customers in the Injury Management & CTP space including understanding their evolving needs, and providing proactive service
delivery
- Drive business growth through the acquisition of new customers and managing current client needs with excellence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory industry standards while maintaining Beneco’s reputation for integrity and excellence
About You:
- You have qualifications in an allied health-related field.
- You have solid and current understanding of Injury Management and CTP legislation and regulatory requirements
- A strong understanding of injury management, along with experience in Return to Work (RTW) or Return to Life (RTL) processes, would be highly advantageous.
- You bring leadership and initiative, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
