Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with appropriate job opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the employment sector.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related consultancy role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
