Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Understand customer needs and goals, and work with internal teams to ensure those needs are met
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer advocacy programs and case studies
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company, providing feedback and insights to improve our products and services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
  • Experience working with SaaS products and services is a plus
