We’re looking for an experienced administrator who is organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple moving parts, supporting both internal processes and client work with accuracy and follow-through.
About the Role
This role supports the Tax and Business Services team, ensuring smooth operations through
administrative, billing, and client support tasks. Reporting to the Tax Partners, this role plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, accurate processing, and a high standard of internal and client
service.
- Working within the specialised Tax and Business Services team
- Supports billing, ATO processes, and client administration
- Assists with document preparation, onboarding, and reception support
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package financial statements, tax returns, and client documents
- Support billing processes, WIP management, and XPM system updates
- Manage ATO lodgements, extensions, and tax-related administration
- Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding, including engagement documentation
- Assist with ASIC filings, invoicing, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate document scanning, filing, and workflow reporting
- Support general tax administration and team coordination tasks
About You
You are an experienced administrator with at least 5 years’ experience in office administration and coordination, ideally within professional services or a similar fast-paced environment. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
You bring strong transferable skills from aligned administrative or client-focused roles and are confident working within systems, procedures, and established processes. You take pride in delivering efficient administrative support, enjoy creating structure and organisation, and are proactive in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
You are comfortable working independently, communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in a role where reliability, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills are valued.
