Customer Service Assistant

Beefy’s are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant for our Buderim Store.

Beefy’s are a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Stores in South East Queensland & NSW.

Our friendly team have a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service.

For this position, previous experience is preferred in the food service/retail industry. As we are open 7 days, applicants will have Monday to Sunday availability including during school hours. The position involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 4am and 7pm. Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority
• Eftpos & cash handling transactions
• Coffee making
• Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Product presentation & preparation
• Achieving store KPI’s
• Opening & Closing of store
• Assisting the Manager with supervision of juniors
