About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, people focused Associate Recruitment Consultant to support one of our recruitment teams within our Charities sector with a focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
• First point of contact for candidates
• Writing job ads, actively source candidates from the database and job boards
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, candidate interview preparation and take interview feedback
• Prepare resumes, candidate summaries and shortlist reports for clients
• Keep the database up to date, complete references checks and compliance
• Support the team with lead generation and ad hoc admin requests
• Maintain candidate talent pools
About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy supporting people in a relationship focused environment. You will demonstrate:
• Prior experience within Recruitment, HR, Administration, Sales or perhaps worked as a Sales Coordinator, Resourcer, Candidate Manager or similar position
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Tech savvy with MS Office and CRM’s
• Strong relationship building skills, with the proven ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
• A customer first mindset, always striving to deliver outstanding service.
