The Role

As a Case Manager, you’ll act as the key point of contact for borrowers, brokers, and internal stakeholders once an application has been introduced. Your role is to manage the deal through to settlement and provide ongoing support throughout the life of the loan application process. You’ll proactively follow up on outstanding items, ensure timelines are met, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the process.

This is a desk-based role with a strong relationship management component. You will work closely with the credit, settlements, and business development teams to deliver a seamless and timely bridging finance solution.

Key Activities

You will be responsible for:

• Pipeline Management – oversee and manage a portfolio of active applications and settled loans, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

• Customer and Broker Liaison – act as the main point of contact for borrowers and brokers post-submission, responding to queries and guiding them through the process.

• Relationship Management: maintain ongoing relationships with borrowers and introducers, providing high-touch service and regular updates.

• Internal Coordination – liaise with credit and settlements teams to ensure files are progressing and issues are resolved quickly.

• Data Accuracy – ensure CRM and loan management systems are up to date with all relevant notes, statuses, and correspondence.

• Outbound calls to brokers to follow up applications and book appointments with our BDMs.

Skills & experiences you’ll bring the team:

• Experience in a similar role in financial services, ideally within a non-bank or mortgage manager

• Understanding of bridging loans or home loans preferred but not essential

• Proven ability to provide exceptional client experience

• Confidence to make outbound calls to broker and customers
