The Role
We are seeking a technically capable Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects across the country within the energy and infrastructure sector. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from initial customer requirements and engineering coordination through to field execution, commissioning, and closeout. You will act as the critical link between customers, engineering, and field teams, ensuring that technical specifications, approved submittals, and project requirements are translated into clear, executable plans.
Location & Travel
This is a Remote or Hybrid position. Expected travel up to 75% for site visits, project meetings, and/or contract negotiations
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and documentation.
- Coordinate onsite teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and meet customer acceptance criteria.
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and positive
project outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or a related technical industry.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and documentation practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability.
