The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and drive AZZO’s marketing efforts across the NAM region. The role can be based in our New Jersey Office or remote in the US or Canada. This role plays a key part in strengthening internal communications, supporting sales and business development, and delivering integrated marketing initiatives that align with AZZO’s strategic objectives in energy and intelligent infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal communications activities including crafting content for relevant channels, coordinating messaging, and ensuring information is delivered effectively across the business.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing assets, including product explainer decks, pitch decks, product scripts, and other collateral as required to support business and sales objectives.
- Support the creation and development of content for local and global social media, email marketing, and other marketing channels in line with the marketing guidelines and relevant codes.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the NAM region to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to align with AZZO’s business strategy.
- Coordinate and deliver conferences, webinars, events and in-field initiatives, including logistics, materials and post-event follow up.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or relevant marketing work experience required for this role.
- 2-3+ years of relevant marketing, sales and/or industry experience.
- Digital marketing experience across social media, email marketing, website CMS updates, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Clear communicator comfortable working with leadership and location teams.
