The Role

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to support administration, accounting and payroll processes. The successful candidate will gain exposure and provide support across a range of business operations. Join us in shaping the future of energy!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver end-to-end payroll for Australian employees using payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, wages, and employee entitlements in compliance with relevant legislation.    
  • Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and accurate data entry.    
  • Coordinate office facilities management, including maintain mailbox, liaising with cleaning, maintenance, and furniture suppliers as required.      
  • Streamline and maintain efficient office operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:  

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in payroll processing, accounts admin, accounts receivable/payable, or bookkeeping.     
  • Experience using Xero or similar financial management or payroll software. 
  • A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and time management.     
  • Ability to communicate clearly to report errors and collaborate with cross functional teams.
