What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go‑to guide for clients throughout their entire pre‑construction journey
• Keep every job moving by coordinating with drafting, estimating, sales, interior design, permits and construction
• Spot roadblocks early and get them sorted before they slow anything down
• Manage all documentation, approvals and requirements needed to reach site start
• Give clear, friendly updates that keep clients confident, informed and excited

What You Bring

• At least 12 months’ experience in pre-site coordination or property portfolio management
• Confident communicator who keeps clients calm, informed and supported
• A natural organiser with sharp attention to detail
• You spot problems early and jump straight into solutions
• Comfortable managing a busy portfolio and keeping multiple jobs moving at once
