What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with buyers online, over the phone and in person
- Asking the right questions and helping buyers choose the home that fits
- Guiding customers from first enquiry to signed contract with confidence and clarity
- Staying on top of leads through consistent follow-up and communication
- Working weekends because that’s when buyers are active and ready to move
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in new home sales or a similar relationship-driven role
- Communication skills that build trust quickly
- A proactive, organised mindset with strong follow through
- Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline
- Willingness to work weekends and travel, knowing that’s when you make the biggest impact
