Description

Summary:

The Rostering Admin Support role is essential in ensuring the efficient scheduling and administration of systemswithin Ave Maria. Based in Unanderra, this permanent, full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a vital service that supports the community.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate rosters, updating systems data, actioning emails and maintaining compliance records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintenance of staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
  • Coordinate with team members to gather availability and training information
  • Update and manage rostering software to reflect changes in staff availability, compliance and shift requirements
  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding their schedules and any changes that may occur
  • Support the administration team in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to staffing
  • Provide general administrative support as required to ensure the smooth operation of the rostering process.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in rostering, SCHADS or the NDIS Sector would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, high volumne and/or customer service role would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner with the ability to priorities.
