Part-Time HR Advisor – 2 Days per Week (On-Site)
Autobacs is a fast-growing Japanese Multinational Corporation specialising in importing, wholesaling, and distributing mobile electronics. Dedicated to providing a one-stop-shop service to customers nationwide, Autobacs has an array of products ranging from mobile audio, acoustic & marine solutions, to mobile communication, telecommunication, and mobile safety.
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our growing small business with high-quality, hands-on HR guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys making a tangible impact.
📍 Location: On-site in our Prospect office
🗓️ Hours: 2 days per week (flexible days by agreement)
💼 Employment Type: Perm Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert HR advice to management and staff across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Australian workplace legislation, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations & grievances.
• Support initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
About You:
• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role.
• Prior HRIS experience – advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
• Available to work on-site 2 days each week
