The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF) is a national not-for-profit delivering leadership programs that strengthen rural, regional and remote communities.

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Leadership Development to lead the design and delivery of impactful leadership programs and elevate our learning practice.

About the role

Reporting to the Director, Leadership Innovation, you will:

• Lead the design and delivery of innovative leadership development programs
• Drive high-quality learning experiences for adult learners 
• Coach and support facilitators and team members
• Oversee program evaluation and impact measurement
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners and academics
• Contribute to proposals, reporting and organisational initiatives

About you

You are a collaborative and strategic leader with experience in:

• Leadership development, education, or facilitation
• Designing and delivering programs end-to-end
• Leading teams and supporting facilitators
• Measuring outcomes and program impact
• Managing projects and delivering to deadlines

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable.
