The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in driving long-

term value from a portfolio of corporate partners.

You will lead day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring best-in-class account management and the

seamless delivery of sponsorship rights and activation campaigns. Your focus will be on deep

engagement, partner satisfaction, and growing revenue year-on-year through strategic relationship

building and innovative partnership solutions.

This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with marketing, digital, content, clubs,

agencies and suppliers to bring partnership strategies to life.

The Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships.
  • Deliver contractual rights across digital, signage, ticketing, hospitality and activations.
  • Develop annual partnership plans and bespoke activation strategies.
  • Lead client meetings and build strong multi-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee onboarding of new partners including internal briefings and implementation plans.
  • Assist with renewal proposals and long-term partnership growth strategies.
  • Contribute to best-practice partner success processes and reporting.

About You

You are an experienced partnership or sponsorship professional who thrives in a fast-paced sporting

environment.

Essential:

  • 5+ years’ experience in client account management within sport.
  • Experience delivering sports sponsorship rights and campaigns (rights holder, agency or brand side).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in high-pressure environments.
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset.

Desirable:

  • Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in digital media and integrated sponsorship campaigns.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and strong project management skills.
