Client Services Associate – two opportunities

A permanent role and a parental leave cover (fixed term)

4-5 days per week

Role description

The successful candidate will:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, prospective clients and advisers, delivering a responsive, professional and high-quality service experience
  • Support the administration, coordination and processing of charitable giving activities and transactions within the APS Foundation
  • Manage client and prospective client enquiries, providing accurate and timely information and supporting initial engagement with APS Foundation services
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure gifts and transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain accurate client, prospect and organisation records across APS systems, including CRM and operational platforms
  • Support the preparation and coordination of client documentation, communications and meeting materials
  • Troubleshoot initial portal and technical issues for clients, resolving where possible and escalating as required
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems, processes and client experience across the APS Foundation
  • Support business development and client engagement activities, including events, communications and relationship management initiatives
  • Work collaboratively across the APS team to support the effective and efficient operation of the APS Foundation

 

About you

You are client-focused and service-oriented, highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive approach to solving problems, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.

You are equally comfortable working with people and processes – building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring tasks and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. You enjoy working collaboratively, are confident learning new systems and technologies, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Experience in client service, professional services, financial services, philanthropy or a related environment will be highly regarded.
