About the role 

This full-time, permanent role is based in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Lecturer – Level A (Teaching Scholar) in Leadership you will contribute to high-quality teaching, academic support, scholarship and continuous program improvement across AIB’s business qualifications. 

You will be responsible for delivering engaging online teaching, maintaining academic standards, developing learning materials, and supporting students throughout their studies. You will also participate in scholarship and professional development activities that enhance your discipline expertise and academic practice. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and assessments  
• Facilitate engaging online webinars and discussions  
• Provide academic support to postgraduate students  
• Mark and moderate assessments  
• Contribute to subject and course improvements  
• Participate in scholarly and academic activities  
• Collaborate with internal teams and online facilitators 

About you 

• PhD in Leadership (or closely related discipline)  
• Experience teaching Leadership/HR at postgraduate level  
• Strong online teaching and webinar facilitation skills  
• Experience in Australian higher education  
• A student-first mindset with excellent communication skills
