About the Role 

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, deploying, and optimising CRM campaigns that connect with prospective and current students at every stage of their journey. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud  
• Execute both planned and ad hoc CRM communications aligned to the Communications Planner  
• Manage and optimise automated journeys and campaigns  
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance  
• Support audience segmentation, data extensions, and list management  
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) and provide actionable insights  
• Maintain templates, assets, and campaign setup within Salesforce Marketing Cloud  
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Academic, and Events teams  
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and reporting dashboards 

About You: 

To be successful in this role, you will bring: 

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree 
• 3+ years’ experience in CRM or email marketing roles  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities  
• Confident working with data, segmentation, and campaign reporting  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  
• Experience in the education sector (desirable)
