Golf like many sports, hasn’t always felt like a space where everyone sees
themselves and we know that women and other underrepresented groups often
hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement. But at the PGA,
we’re committed to changing that.
At the PGA, our belief is simple: “All golf is golf, and all of us
can be golfers.” That philosophy extends to our team too. We’re building an
organisation where diverse voices, backgrounds and perspectives are truly
welcomed and where people can bring their whole selves to the work we do.
So, if this role excites you, and you feel you could contribute even
if you don’t tick every box we’d love to hear from you. Let’s have a
conversation. You might be just what we’re looking for.
