Salary: $82,000 – $92,000 (inclusive of 12.5% super)

The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to provides
pro-active, high level and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, General Manager, Branch Council and the Branch President.
This is a trusted, hands‑on role that sits at the centre of the organisation, supporting executive operations, governance, and stakeholder engagement. You will act as a key point of coordination between the CEO, Branch Council, Office Bearers and other senior leaders, and external stakeholders, requiring discretion, initiative, and sound judgement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO, General
Manager, Branch Council and Branch President.
- Manage complex diary, email and meeting coordination.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Coordinate Branch Council, committee and management meetings, including agendas,
papers, minutes and follow‑ups. Act as committee administrator to select committees.
- Act as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support governance, compliance, and confidential matters.
- Assist with project coordination and executive priorities.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including venues and catering arrangements.
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a professional, fast‑paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership and other staff.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Confidence working with Boards and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
Experience in a not‑for‑profit or membership‑based organisation will be highly regarded.
