About the Role 

 

The Senior Content Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the ADMA Marketing Team. This role is a part time parental leave cover for 12 months fixed term contract, 22.5 hours per week.

 

We are looking for a masterful storyteller who can partner with stakeholders to build out a content strategy, write compelling copy for a B2B audience, and drive forward our overall content roadmap. 

 

Your goal will be to position ADMA as the thought leader reimagining and enabling the marketing industry of the future with data at its core to a Marketing audience across all Australian businesses irrespective of industry vertical or business size. Content plays a critical role in the enterprise customer journey, from attracting new leads and prospects for the sales team, to engaging existing customers to form a closer connection with our brand and products. Content contributes to three important pillars of our overall B2B marketing strategy; building brand credibility, educating our best-fit customers, and creating buzz around our services. 

 

On a day to day basis, you will be researching trends in marketing, innovative and safe data practices and education/skill building to distil insights that will inform our content strategy. This role is highly cross-functional. You will work with teams like Education, Sales, Customer Success, and talk directly to clients and subject matter experts, to ensure the voice of the customer is represented in all you create. You will work with freelance writers to develop on-brand narratives in a consistent tone of voice.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the internal ADMA lead for marketing, campaign and content planning 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content roadmap in partnership with marketing and business stakeholders 
  • Own and manage content calendars across channels (blog, website, gated and ungated assets) to ensure timely delivery 
  • Write compelling, insights-led and well-researched white papers and blog content that position ADMA as an industry thought leader 
  • Create promotional copy for event and campaign landing pages, email journeys and social media 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to interview clients and develop impactful case studies 
  • Scale content production through clear briefing and management of freelance copywriters 
  • Work with ADMA creative partners to bring content to life and ensure alignment with tone of voice and brand guidelines 
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, sales and delivery teams to ensure content supports enterprise growth objectives 
  • Optimise digital content to improve SEO performance and overall user experience 
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting across website and social channels 
  • Manage and execute the content strategy for ADMA’s event program 
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation and continuous improvement 

About You Qualifications/Work Experience/Skills 

  • 5+ years’ experience in copywriting or content marketing 
  • 2+ years’ experience writing for a senior B2B audience 
  • 2+ years’ experience developing and executing content strategy 
  • 2+ years’ experience with SEO-driven content 
  • Experience sourcing, briefing and managing freelance writers 
  • Strong understanding of digital customer behaviour and how content drives awareness and action 
  • B2B experience within corporate learning, education or edtech highly regarded 
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, proactive approach and a positive mindset
