About the Role
Join ACS Victoria and play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences. We’re seeking a highly organised Member Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll be central to coordinating branch events, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes, and delivering outstanding customer care across the member journey.

This role is fixed term for 12 months with the opportunity to become permanent in the future.
What you’ll do
- Be a friendly and helpful first point of contact for ACS VIC members
- Build strong member relationships through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Collaborate with colleagues across ACS to continuously improve the member experience
- Support the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
What you’ll bring
- Experience or study background in business, administration, events, or customer service (including hospitality or retail)
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication and confidence engaging with a variety of people
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive, solution-focused attitude
- A personal interest in technology is an advantage
- Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage (but not essential)
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable car
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours
