About the Role
Multiple roles available- Day/ Prep Chef and Breakfast/Crib you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of bulk style catering to a high standard. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service.

- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals
- Ability to manage kitchen operations during both day and night shifts
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of food quality
- Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to camp residents
Location and Details:
📍 Location and Point of Hire: Drive in/ Drive out of Sydney to Merriwa
🗓️ Roster: 2:1
⏰ Shifts: 11-hour shifts
⏳ Start Date: Multiple roles available now
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in bulk style food production environments (essential)
- Experience in dinner, crib, breakfast & desserts production in a remote camp setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential)
- Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
- White Card- Mandatory
- Ability to multitask and work independently within a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
