Key Responsibilities

• An Education Consultant is the first point of contact for our clients. As a highly valued position, vital to our ongoing success we are seeking industry experts who can deal with our clients with confidence and empathy.

• Counsel international students effectively to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO’s, and Colleges, keeping in mind their GTE requirements

• Counselling onshore and offshore international students on taking up a new course or course change

• Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students

• Create and maintain accurate client information in the company’s CRM system

• Use strong research skills to keep up to date with industry information relating to student visas, new courses and university updates, international education industry regulations etc.

• Create content and participate in marketing activities via social media to engage and build a prospective client base

• Act professionally always by practicing responsible business ethics as per the Agent Code of Ethics

• Take part in product training and assessment activities as directed

• Build up a referral network

• Continuously update your knowledge base through self-learning by employing research skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.

• Coordinating with other consultant, team leaders, operations Managers to execute the processes and sales pipelines seamlessly

• Manage the compliance requirements as per the applicable CRM system

Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar role within the education industry (preferable)

• Extensive product knowledge of the international education sector – in Australia and/or offshore (required)

• QEAC certification (desirable)

• Adequate knowledge of the ESOS Act and National Code of Conduct

• Ability to achieve organisational goals and meet targets in a timely manner

• Strong sales and customer service techniques

• An energetic and creative personality, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
