Automotive Fitter & Stripper

About the Role:

Aussie Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Fitter & Stripper to join our busy workshop in Willawong. This hands-on role involves dismantling, preparing and reassembling vehicles as part of our high‑quality repair process..

Responsibilities:

• Installing, fitting and aligning vehicle panels, trims and components, ensuring all parts fit to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of parts removed and installed
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an automotive Panel Beater / Fitter & Stripper, or in a similar dismantling and assembly role
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Current driver license
