Good morning sunshine coast,

We are a leading multi-award-winning new home builder in Southeast Queensland, established in 1993, currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable & Administration professional to join our busy finance team based in Maroochydore.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role involves processing invoices, reconciling supplier and subcontractor accounts, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, onboarding new subcontractors (including collecting licences and insurances), providing reception coverage, and assisting with general administrative tasks to support team deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have accounts payable and reconciliation experience, a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confident communication abilities. Experience in a similar role is required. Applicants must have Australian work rights and be adaptable, proactive, and team oriented.
