About the Role
You will oversee the successful delivery of wind energy projects from planning through to execution and completion. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time,
and within budget. You will play a key role in managing project performance, commercial outcomes, and operational coordination while maintaining Aurora ARC Wind’s strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of wind energy projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved.
- Develop and manage project plans including scope, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to support effective project execution.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project reporting requirements.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and client HSE requirements.
- Coordinate project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support tender preparation, cost
estimation, and technical proposals for new project opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational performance.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or energy projects valued at $150M+.
- Demonstrated experience in wind, renewable energy, or major infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in complex project environments.
- Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and contract administration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to safety and quality.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related discipline (preferred).
