Attekus is looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join our growing team! This is a remote role open to candidates across Australia and New Zealand, with occasional travel.

What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Leading and managing all aspects of Bookable implementations for our customers, ensuring smooth adoption of our bookings, event registration and ticketing, event management, and appointments solution.
🔹 Working closely with customers to scope, document, train, and configure the software to meet their needs.
🔹 Providing professional training and support to help customers maximise their use of Bookable.
🔹 Collaborating with internal teams to identify and suggest enhancements that improve our solution.
🔹 Managing projects with clear documentation, scheduling, and customer communication.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Consulting experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or SaaS deployment.
✅ Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – to engage effectively with customers and teams.
✅ Self-motivated and independent worker, who also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
✅ Experience with ERP financial systems (TechnologyOne or Civica Authority experience is a plus!).
✅ Knowledge of local government and/or government facilities booking or event software is highly desirable.
