What You’ll Do
As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the engine that powers our sales success. You’ll work closely with our Territory Managers and support teams to deliver world-class service and unbeatable reliability to our customers.
Here’s what your day might look like:

Sales Enquiries/Leads: Every sales enquiry great or small must be recorded and actioned. At least a price and/or brochures can be forwarded by someone even one of the other team. Sales enquiries are the life-blood of the business. Every enquiry must be respected and recorded.

Turn quotes into wins: Quotations should be prepared promptly. Delays in forwarding a quotation is telling the customer that we are not interested in their business. Some prospects will place orders just on the basis that they have received a well-defined quotation promptly

Follow up of Quotation to obtain order: Quotations must be followed up. Devise a strategy to secure the order. Use up your prospective customer’s time. Give him less time to spend with your opposition. Take counsel and compare notes if you are having difficulty getting the order

Processing of order and follow-up of production throughout lead times: Get the signed order quickly. Process immediately and stay connected to the production team to ensure we meet our delivery commitments. You must follow production lead-times and manage the required delivery deadline accordingly. Advise customer immediately of any delays.

Attention to production problems after delivery: Don’t ignore customer complains. Your best future sales prospect is your existing satisfied customer. Take a personal interest in the problem then handover completely to whom is responsible to follow through. Don’t assume that this will automatically fix your problems. Get back to the customer, keep him informed and above all KEEP YOUR PROMISES.

This Role Is for You If You:
- Have experience in sales, sales admin, service coordination, or a service desk/counter role, rental desks etc.
- Genuine BAR RAISER! not just someone that is there to punch the clock and ‘do the job’
- Strong figure it out factor- do what it takes to raise the bar in the inside sales team!
- A knack for juggling tasks in a busy, high-volume environment

Strong people skills—you know how to communicate clearly, build rapport, and get things done
- A sharp eye for sales opportunities, detail and love for sales systems and process
- A natural drive to go above and beyond—because “good enough” isn’t your style
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with HubSpot, Business Central, or in the construction industry
