Description

Friendly, professional, and culturally competent Legal Service seeks an experienced and reliable Client Services Co-ordinator with Data Entry skills for our Mackay Team. Our Mackay Team are seeking an Administration Extraordinaire who:

Duties include:

  • Providing data entry services including updating of client information and reporting to our Head Office.
  • Assisting in our reception area.
  • Supporting a growing local team of staff.
  • Lodging Legal Aid applications online.
  • Completing legal correspondence, filing and mail management.

About you:

  • Bring your experience in a professional, legal, justice or community services work environment with a Cert III or above in Business Administration or equivalent essential;
  • Be resilient, organised and energetic;
  • Experience with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander clients is valued.
