We deliver end-to-end—design, manufacturing, and turnkey installation. Remote accommodation, site amenities, and complete temporary site compounds with generators, tanks, and services connections. Mining, agriculture, renewables, and infrastructure. Our projects span across Australia and into PNG—from Kununurra to Port Moresby.

The Role
Full accountability for project delivery—safety, schedule, budget, client satisfaction. Multiple concurrent projects across modular buildings and site compounds. Factory coordination through to on-site handover.
You’ll be in the field regularly and you’ll be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from award to completion
- Coordinate factory production, logistics, and site installation
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Control variations and protect commercial outcomes
- Identify and resolve issues before they become problems
Client Management
- Act as primary client contact throughout delivery
- Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and handovers
- Build relationships that generate repeat business
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain safety standards across all project activities
- Ensure compliance with WHS, site requirements, and NCC
- Manage project documentation and certifications
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to estimating and tendering
- Identify process improvements as we scale
Requirements
Essential:
- 5+ years project management experience in construction, civil, or temporary works
- Track record delivering projects safely, on time, and to budget
- Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC)
- Strong commercial acumen—budgets, margins, variations
- Solid client and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Sound WHS knowledge
- Proficient with project management systems and Microsoft Office
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Australian work rights
Desirable:
- Experience in mining, resources, or agriculture sectors
- Exposure to modular building manufacturing and installation
- Familiarity with remote site logistics
- White Card
- Project Management qualification
