Your Mission
Lead, build and scale Atmos’ Solutions + Digital Products ecosystem, owning the end‑to‑end
lifecycle from product strategy and design through delivery, optimisation and next‑generation innovation.
In this role, you’ll lead a high‑performing team of legal professionals and deliver technology‑enabled services that transform how cyber incidents, disputes, investigations and litigation are managed, operating with autonomy, commercial judgement and real impact from day one.
You will:
- Lead and scale the Atmos Solutions + Digital Products team (10+ professionals), including hiring, capability uplift, performance and financial management.
- Own the delivery of Atmos’s proprietary solutions, including Alert NOW, Review NOW, Notify NOW, Protect NOW and Trace NOW.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of legal tech, eDiscovery and AI‑enabled solutions across disputes, investigations and crisis response matters.
- Partner closely with Atmos leadership, lawyers and clients to align delivery with business priorities and client outcomes.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and deliver productivity, quality and growth initiatives across professional services delivery.
- Scout, trial and operationalise emerging AI /GenAI, automation and legal technology, embedding best practice into scalable workflows.
- Lead the vendor and ALSP ecosystem, working across procurement, technology and operations to select and manage fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on complex, high‑pressure, often multi‑jurisdictional matters.
- Build reusable assets – playbooks, templates, training and enablement programs to scale capability across the firm.
This is legal technology at the frontline of crisis, regulation and litigation.
You Might Be
A senior legal technology or eDiscovery professional who:
- Has 6–8+ years’ experience delivering complex litigation or investigation matters, ideally in Big Six, Big Four or leading vendors.
- Brings deep hands‑on expertise across modern eDiscovery platforms, analytics and AI/GenAI tooling.
- Is comfortable operating strategically and rolling up your sleeves when required.
- Enjoys leading and developing high‑performing teams with a human‑first mindset.
- Can translate complex technical detail into clear, defensible advice for senior stakeholders.
- Is curious, commercially minded and energised by fast‑moving, high‑impact environments.
Experience in cyber, disputes, investigations or regulated professional services is strongly advantageous but mindset, judgement and leadership matter most.
