Your Mission
- Support partnership and client relationship activity, ensuring follow-ups and actions are tracked and delivered
- Own HubSpot operations (BD, marketing and onboarding), maintaining data accuracy and pipeline flow
- Provide reporting across BD, campaigns, events and pursuits
- Manage EDMs (build, send, track) and LinkedIn execution and performance
- Coordinate directories, rankings and credential submissions
What you’ll be accountable for
- Turning intent into action and maintaining momentum across growth initiatives
- Delivering high-quality outputs on time
- Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across proposals and follow-ups
- Providing clear visibility to Growth leadership
What you’ll bring
- Experience in BD, growth or marketing operations (or similar execution-focused role)
- Strong self-starter with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), including reporting and hygiene
- Hands-on EDM experience and stakeholder coordination capability
- Practical, delivery-focused mindset with strong follow-through
