Your Mission

  • To support the Partnership and Client Care team managing end‑to‑end digital channel delivery and optimisation across email, social media and web ensuring consistent messaging and branding across channels, coordinating efforts across social media, email marketing, website management, and other digital touchpoints to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Responsible for monitoring digital performance (including engagement, open rates, click‑through rates and website traffic) and using insights to inform optimisation, while managing and coordinating external agencies or service providers to support delivery where required
  • Support SEO through content‑led best practices, including optimising web content for search, applying metadata, improving page structure and internal linking, and working with internal stakeholders or external specialists to improve organic performance
  • Develop and deliver digital campaigns across email, social media and the website
  • Create, edit and publish digital content, given the industry we are in most of our content will be video
  • Build and manage EDM campaigns
  • Maintain and optimise website content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape content, assets and campaign messaging
  • Monitor digital performance and translate data into insights

  • Partners and subject‑matter experts across cyber, legal and advisory disciplines
  • Marketing and communications colleagues shaping firm‑wide campaigns

You’ll be translating complex ideas into accessible content — and making sure it lands where it matters.

You Might Be

  • A proactive digital marketing professional who:
  • Brings a creative mindset, with the ability to contribute ideas and adapt content to create engaging, audience‑focused digital experiences across channels
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Has hands‑on experience using digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot (EDM and CMS), website content management systems, social publishing tools and basic analytics dashboards
  • Is confident managing content from brief to go‑live
  • Demonstrates strong design capability, including the ability to creatively develop and adapt digital assets using brand guidelines (e.g. Canva or similar tools), and to collaborate with designers as needed
  • Thinks analytically about performance and engagement
  • Has hands‑on experience using digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot (EDM and CMS), website content management systems, social publishing tools and basic analytics dashboards
  • Is curious, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Experience in professional services, legal, or regulated environments is helpful — but judgement, mindset and curiosity matter just as much.
