Associates within the Disputes + Investigations team play a crucial role supporting our clients as they navigate all types of cyber, privacy and digital law events. You will play an important role in complex disputes and investigations, working closely with senior lawyers and leadership on matters involving:

  • Data breach litigation.
  • Regulatory investigations.
  • Privacy complaints and class actions.
  • Tech E&O and professional indemnity disputes.
  • Emerging digital sector claims

You’ll gain exposure to high‑stakes matters early, with the support and guidance to build confidence and capability over time.

You Might Be an Associate With

  • Solid commercial or insurance litigation experience.
