About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter, and an apprentice to join our team. We are a high-quality crew specialising in residential building of new homes, renovations and extensions This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys problem‑solving on the job, and can work both independently and as part of a crew. You’ll be involved in a variety of construction and renovation projects, contributing to everything from framing and structural work to detailed finishing. Key Responsibilities -Interpret and follow technical drawings, plans, and specifications -Perform framing, formwork, roofing, flooring, and general carpentry tasks -Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and other finishing components -Measure, cut, and shape materials with accuracy -Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently -Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and building codes -Collaborate with other trades and team members on-site -Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Skills & Qualifications -Proven experience as a carpenter (apprentice, journeyman, or master level welcome) -Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction methods -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans -Competent with carpentry tools and equipment -Good physical stamina and attention to detail -Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines -Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeship (preferred but not essential) -Current driver’s licence and reliable transport What We Offer -Competitive pay based on experience -Consistent, ongoing work -Supportive team environment -Opportunities for skill development and career growth
