About the role
At Multiworks, we believe that great people are the cornerstone of a great business and know that our success depends on attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent in the industry. As we continue to expand, we are on the hunt for a Head of People to join our team!
Lead and manage all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and compliance.
Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals and workforce planning.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, select, and retain high-quality talent.
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
Drive performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and organisational capability.
Manage compensation, benefits, and remuneration review processes in line with organisational frameworks.
Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
Mentor and support managers in building effective teams and leadership capability.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results! Someone who brings strategic capability while also being happy to be hands on. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a Construction background and be open to doing things differently in particular with the adoption of tech and AI.
