We’re looking for a UX Designer who will shape the user experience across our entire web application and website ecosystem, ensuring our digital platforms are intuitive, high‑performing, and beautifully crafted.

Working closely with the Director, Digital Experience & Technology, you’ll take ownership of designing and developing new features, enhancing existing digital products, and supporting both external and internal users. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is deeply curious about user behaviour and motivated to create seamless, intuitive digital experiences.
  • Has hands‑on experience designing and developing websites or web applications, ideally in a fast‑paced or multi‑project environment.
  • Enjoys solving complex problems and turning ambiguous requirements into clear, user‑centred solutions.
  • Has experience working with multiple stakeholders, managing expectations and leading meetings/workshops
  • Is proactive and self‑driven, with a mindset of continuous improvement and a willingness to experiment.
  • Has an eye for detail and takes pride in delivering polished, high‑quality work.
  • Is comfortable supporting internal users and improving internal tools or workflows when needed.
  • Keeps up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in UX and front‑end development.
