What you’ll do:
- Deliver nursing procedures and clinical assessments
- Develop and coordinate care plans tailored to clients’ needs
- Manage and monitor ongoing care in collaboration with families & the care team
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients in their homes
What you’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA RN registration + experience in community-based nursing
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team
- Current driver’s licence + registered vehicle
- Valid working rights in Australia
- National Police Check + NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
