Confident management of variations, EOTs and contractual claims
- Subcontractor performance and site coordination

- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end.
- Strong program development and budget ownership capability.
- Commercial confidence, you understand contracts, risk and margin.
- A leader who is calm under pressure, visible and clear in communication
- Someone who anticipates issues early and takes accountability beyond their own project when required.
