Your Role in Project Delivery

As a Contract Administrator within our Adelaide team, you’ll play a critical role in the commercial and contractual delivery of projects from award through to completion.

This is a role for someone who can own their scope. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you’ll take responsibility for key commercial functions, ensuring projects are well managed, risks are controlled and outcomes are delivered in line with expectations.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing procurement and subcontract administration end-to-end
  • Preparing and assessing progress claims, variations and cost reporting
  • Maintaining accurate project records and commercial documentation
  • Coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to keep projects on track
  • Ensuring systems, reporting and job information are accurate and up to date
  • Contributing to the overall commercial performance of projects
  • Assist across administration duties

You understand that strong commercial control isn’t just process, it’s what protects margin, relationships and delivery.
