We support Australia’s defence capability by deploying expert engineering consultants into high-impact environments with a core specialisation in Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO), Aircraft Structural Integrity (ASI), acquisition, sustainment, research and development.

About the Role

Ascent is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for an opportunity within the FMS Case Finance Support (FMSCFS) team. Based at Patuxent River, Maryland, the candidate will be responsible for providing business support to two critical RAAF fleets.

Knowledge and Experience

a. experience in US Department of Defense FMS financial management with working knowledge and access to Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP); and

b. ability to design and implement analytics and reporting, including dynamic reports, dashboards, drill downs and visualisations

c. working knowledge with the Australian Defence Management and Financial Plan (DMFP) budget process; and

d. experience reviewing financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness with strong analysis skills.

e. US or Australian Citizenship; and

f. SECRET level USG or AGSVA clearance, or ability to obtain clearance.
