Part Time – Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed and Thu (36 hours per week)

About the Role
An exciting 3-month fixed term opportunity has opened for a motivated and passionate 2IC Retail Assistant to join our Perth store.
As the Store Manager’s right hand, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily running of the store. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll bring energy to the floor, lead by example, deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent the AS Colour brand with authenticity and pride.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is looking to step into a leadership-focused position within a global, design-led brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading Sunday and Monday trade as key holder, ensuring smooth daily store operations
- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and overall store performance
- Creating a welcoming, customer-first environment for both customers and team members
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and brand execution
- Engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and helping them find the right AS Colour products
- Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting overall store success
About You
- We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for retail:
- Previous retail experience (ideally in a similar or senior retail role)
- Strong communication skills and a naturally positive, people-focused approach
- Ability to think on your feet and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- A genuine interest in fashion, quality basics, and personal style
- The right to live and work in Australia.
