The Role

This is an opportunity not to be missed! We’ve seen some significant growth over the past few years, and we have an exciting Legal Trainee vacancy available in our growing CBD office. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with the potential for permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with a range of files under the supervision of an experienced mentor
• Conducting legal research
• Drafting correspondence and court documents
• Liaising with counsel and witnesses in preparation for a hearing, and assisting counsel during trials
• Attending new client meetings and conferences
• Other duties and tasks as instructed by the supervisor

Skills/Experience:

• Law graduate or recently admitted lawyer with a passion for Personal Injury law
• Strong client service orientation with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player with strong multitasking abilities and a can-do attitude
