About the Role:

This is a full-time, in-office call centre role where you’ll manage general insurance claims (primarily motor), assess liability, and recover funds from at-fault parties. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiate outcomes, and help resolve disputes — all in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Negotiate payments to achieve positive financial outcomes for all parties
  • Problem solve and objection handling to achieve account resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
  • Support customers, including those experiencing financial hardship
  • Resolving customer queries in a timely manner and actioning accordingly.

💡 What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office & quick to learn systems
  • Empathy, resilience & emotional intelligence
  • Great time management and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience is great, but not essential!
