About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join our growing team.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll work directly with Partners and senior leaders to shape winning proposals and drive new business.

You will play a key part in how we position, structure, and win complex consulting engagements. You’ll be involved in developing win themes, shaping messaging, and influencing how we respond to opportunities.

This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

Bid & Proposal Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end development of high-quality bids and proposals
  • Translate complex technical input into clear, compelling,client-focused narratives
  • Shape win themes, messaging, and overall proposal structure
  • Collaborate closely with Partners and subject matter experts to position winning responses

Sales & Pipeline Support

  • Support pipeline tracking, prioritisation, and bid planning
  • Contribute to bid /no-bid decisions and broader sales activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data

Collateral & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain a strong library of reusable content and credentials
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all materials
  • Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and overall quality

About You

You’re an experienced Bid Writer who is confident managing bids end-to-end and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll bring:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in bid writing, proposals, or similar roles (consulting, professional services, or B2B)
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, client-focused messaging
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing inputs
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of autonomy
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
