Our brand-new service is opening in the heart of Redcliffe early 2026! We are on the lookout for driven Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educators to join our brand-new team at Apollo Villages.
You will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators.
About the Role
We are seeking Educators who have a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry and child safety, and who are looking to be part of a team where your voice is heard, input is encouraged, and commitment is rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
What We’re Looking for
- Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
- A current blue card approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
